This allows us to become better acquainted and gives you the opportunity to assess our suitability.
During this initial meeting, we can also discuss your specific requirements.
Once you are added to our client base, you will have the convenience of scheduling all future pet sitting dates through our cat sitter app. This streamlined process simplifies the booking process for you.
Meet & Greet
The complimentary Meet & Greet allows us to build a stronger connection and enables us get to know your pet better. Its an ideal occasion for you to inquire about any concerns, review identification, Disclosure check, and discuss specific medical or individual needs. This ensures that the visits are tailored precisely to your cats requirements, and allows us to establish a rapport, familiarise ourselves with your home, locate essential items such as food, litter trays, and bins, and collect the necessary keys.
Once you have completed the Meet & Greet request form we will be in touch to arrange a meeting at a time that suits you and your pet. Rest assured, the Meet & Greet is completely relaxed and non-binding, and you are under no obligation to book any services if we am not the perfect match for your cat.

This service is only required for your initial booking. Once you are a registered customer all future requirements can be booked through our app.
Key Collection/Drop-off
During our Meet & Greet, we will need to gather an extra set of your house keys that have been previously tested. It is of utmost importance that these keys function properly, as hiring a locksmith can be costly and time-consuming.

We are pleased to act as key holders for you, ensuring that all keys are securely stored without any identifying labels. If you wish to have your keys returned, please be aware that we do not leave keys in your home during our final visit. This precaution is taken to avoid any potential security risks and to ensure that we can assist you promptly in case of any delays when you return home.

Once you are back at your residence, we would gladly deliver your keys as we make our rounds. However, if an appointment needs to be scheduled for key delivery, there will be a charge involved.

What each visit looks like
Recognising the unique personality of each pet, we prioritise catering to their individual requirements, ensuring they receive personalised care. Our approach is designed to minimise any stress by making the visits as non-intrusive as possible.
During each visit, which can be scheduled once or twice daily, we dedicate up to 30 minutes to cater to your pets specific needs. If desired, longer visits can be arranged, especially for the care of young or elderly pets..
To provide a tailored experience, we kindly ask you to specify any particular preferences or requirements during our Meet & Greet. Whether your cat enjoys playtime, grooming, affection, or prefers a peaceful and quiet environment, we will accommodate their preferences accordingly.

To keep you informed and reassured, you can access daily reports through the Pet Owner Dashboard App, which conveniently allows you to request bookings and manage your personal information.

For your peace of mind, Utterly Purfect Cat Care is fully insured with Petplan Sanctuary insurance and we have undergone Disclosure checks to ensure the utmost professionalism and safety in our cat sitting services.

Drawing upon previous experience working within a cattery environment, Utterly Purfect Cat Care possesses the skills to administer your cats medication and address any specific dietary needs. Moreover, our expertise allows us to effectively identify potential health issues that may arise. In the unfortunate event that your cat falls ill while you are away, rest assured that we will promptly seek veterinary care from your trusted veterinarian.
